This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which users can cancel their subscription to the Revplus Platform and seek refunds. This policy is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.
- Subscription-Based Service
Revplus provides a purely digital software platform on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing to our service, you agree to these terms. - Subscription Commencement
Your subscription begins on the date of your initial payment or the activation of your user account on the Revplus platform; whichever is earlier, and will renew automatically each month thereafter, unless cancelled in accordance with this policy. - Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by simply sending an email to “support@revplus.tech” 48 working-hours prior to the date of cancellation. - Effect of Cancellation:
Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current paid monthly billing cycle. You will not be charged for the subsequent billing cycle. Access to the Platform and its features will cease at the end of the last paid month. - No Partial Month Refunds for Cancellation:
We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused time within a billing cycle upon cancellation. - General Policy – No Refunds for Used Services:
As Revplus provides instant access to a digital software platform upon subscription, and given the nature of digital services where value is received immediately, all monthly subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any period during which you have had access to the service, regardless of whether you utilized the service during that period. - Exceptions – Refunds as Per Indian Law:
Notwithstanding Section 4.1, refunds will be issued strictly in accordance with applicable Indian laws and regulations, particularly consumer protection laws. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:- There is a proven and significant defect in the Platform that prevents its core functionality, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, rendering the service unusable.
- The transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent, and validated as such by our payment gateway or banking partners, as per their respective policies and legal requirements.
- Any other specific circumstance where a refund is mandated by Indian law.
- Refund Process for Exceptions:
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed in Section 4.2, you must submit a written request to “support@revplus.tech” within 14-days from the date access to Revplus subscription is activated or login credentials are generated, of the issue arising or the charge occurring. Your request must include:- Your registered email address and account details.
- Date and amount of the transaction.
- A detailed explanation of why you believe you are entitled to a refund, including any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots of defects, police reports for fraud).
- All refund requests will be reviewed by Revplus (operated by JM Official) on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion and in compliance with Indian law, if a refund is warranted. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original method of payment, unless otherwise mandated by law.

RevPlus.tech (operated by JM Official) reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
